An image which contain a advertising expression uploaded by an advertiser is stored. If a requester requesting delivery of an item with advertisement (a post cards) to be delivered makes an access, the requester is allowed to select an image stored in advance, and address information or a message is received and printed to crease an item with advertisement. For the costs for creating and delivering the item, not the requester but the advertiser is charged. For the receiver of the item the item is from an acquaintance. Therefore, the recipient sees the advertising expression at a high probability but hardly discards it instantl, so that a high-efficience advertising effect can be produced.
