摘要 The invention relates to a method for facilitating dialogue in speech dialogue systems. According to the invention, the interactive actions of customer-specific user behaviour are recorded and evaluated by means of scoring logic during the use of a speech-controlled telecommunication service (information service, inquiry service or speech-activated web application). As a result of said evaluation, the prompts and help services which correspond to the customer's level of experience within the framework of the dialogue are offered to the customer during further use of the service concerned. The inventive solution provides an individual help service, menu guide and prompt according to the individual behaviour of the respective customer.
