Gelled solid cosmetic composition, comprising water-soluble gelling agent (0.3-10 wt.%) and phospholipid (0.2-10 wt.%), the balance being water, additives, carriers and/or active agents, is a pseudoelastic gel with a storage modulus of 6000-10,000 Pa and a loss modulus of 930-1050 Pa.
