PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive distribution slip which may be surely formed with a peeling start line and allows easy peeling of release paper and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This distribution slip has a slip base material 11, which is laminated with a tacky adhesive layer 11a stickable to cargoes and a release base material 11b for protecting this tacky adhesive layer 11a, is successively joined via a line planned to be disconnected to part thereof, is disconnected integrally with the release base material 11b and has a margin part b to be a start for peeling the release base material 11b, and a front surface base material 12 which is peelably stuck to the slip base material 11 and exposes the margin part b when its side edge is removed.
