PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical wiping instrument having effect for sufficiently removing a stain on the surface of a dried partner without damaging the partner and capable of replacing only a wiping surface material when the wiping surface of the wiping instrument is heavily stained. SOLUTION: The wiping instrument consists of a wiping surface material 21 and a main body 31 having a wiping surface material attaching/detaching layer 35, which comprises a cohesive acrylic resin and the wiping surface material is attached to the wiping surface material attaching/detaching layer in a detachable and replaceable manner.
