PURPOSE: Provided is an intake salt meter which measures the concentration and mass of salts in foods or dishes and displays results. CONSTITUTION: The intake salt meter comprises the followings: a salt parameter input means for inputting a salt parameter showing the salt contained per unit quantity in the food or dish to be taken; a mass input means for inputting the mass of the dish or food to be taken; an arithmetic means for calculating the salt intake quantity on the basis of the inputted salt parameter and the inputted mass; and an indication means for indicating the calculated salt intake quantity. |
