PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device without causing any carrier abnormal deposition. SOLUTION: Timings to start operations of respective contact electrifying members 10 and 11 are set so that the 2nd contact electrifying member 11 positioned on a downstream side in the rotating direction of a photoreceptor may act only on an area on the photoreceptor electrified by the 1st contact electrifying member 10 positioned on an upstream side in the rotating direction thereof.
