PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a lift-up jack disposed in a changing device of hanging upward in perpendicular direction of the hanging point of a furnace body ring block for reconstructing a bast furnace. SOLUTION: To four supporting columns 7 disposed in the four corners of a plane quadrangle provided with the changing device of hanging for furnace body ring block, two sets of long span beams 23, in which parallel two pieces are made to one set, respectively, are elected at each top part of the long span beam side, and one pair of jack receiving beam 24 are disposed while separating these beams 24 in the longitudinal direction of the long span beam 23 so as to direct to the center direction of the furnace body ring block 11 elevated/ lowered between two long span beams 23. The lift-up jacks which are mounted to respective jack pedestals 25 by disposing the jack pedestal 25 so as to be freely moved along the jack receiving beam 24, are moved in the perpendicular upper position corresponding to the hanging point of the furnace body ring block 11.
