PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition good in crystallinity and ultraviolet cutting properties and capable of rapidly causing compatibilization. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition comprises (A) 99.5-70 pts.wt. of polyethylene terephthalate and (B) 0.5-30 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester in which 95-100 mol% of an acid component is 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid unit and terephthalic acid unit and/or isophthalic acid unit and 70-100 mol% of a glycol component is tetramethylene glycol.
