PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester-(meth)acrylate for coating, which is excellent in stain resistance, causes little curling (warpage) of a base material due to cure shrinkage, and is free from the deterioration of the processability of a decorative building material paper coated therewith, by low electron beam radiation. SOLUTION: This polyester-(meth)acrylate used is obtained by reacting the following components: (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of di- to tetravalent polycarboxylic acids each having an alicyclic skeleton, anhydrides of those acids, and alkyl(1-3C) esters of those acids; (B) a tri- to hexavalent polyhydric alcohol and/or a dihydric alcohol having an alicyclic skeleton; and (C) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (meth)acrylic acid, hydroxyalkyl(2-4C) (meth)acrylates and polyalkylene(2-4C) glycol (having a number-average molecular weight of 66-1,000) mono(meth)acrylates.
