SOLUTION: A compound represented by formula (1) accelerates the osteogenesis through the activation of the PEBP2αA. BY administering the medicine, the effective therapy of bone disease or chondropathy (e.g. therapy and prophylaxis of osteoporosis, acceleration of the recovery of bone fracture, acceleration of the recovery of bone and cartilage, and acceleration of repair after bone transplantation) become possible.
