PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunostimulant including a stable new adjuvant avoiding a side effect. SOLUTION: This method uses a mixture of a compound expressed by formula (I) or a mixture of the compounds of the formula (I) and if desired a compound expressed by formula (II) or a mixture of the compounds expressed by the formula (II) as an immune adjuvant in an immunization composition including at least an antigen, or at least an in vivo generator of a compound including an amino acid sequence, and the invention includes the immunization composition including the compound of the above formulas of (I) and (II). [In the formula (I), R1 is a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched 1-30C hydrocarbon based group, G is a saccharide group, X is a decimal number of 1 to 5 ; R2 is a saturated or unsaturated linear or branched 8-30C hydrocarbon based group independent from the R1].
