PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost and the weight of a pulsation damping device. SOLUTION: A pipe part 3A of a pipe member 3 formed of a metal material and fixed to a center member 2 formed of a synthetic resin material is pressed in and disposed toward a cylinder part 1B of a second housing 1, a diaphragm 15 is caught and fixed between a first annular flange part 10A of a first housing 10 and a second annular flange part 1A of the second housing 1, and a ring storing recessed part 5 is formed between a third annular flange part 3B of a pipe member 3 and the second annular flange part 1A of the second housing 1. A first ring R1 is disposed in the ring storing recessed part 5, and a second ring R2 is disposed in a ring groove 2J of the center member 2.
