PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to be photographed for selecting a facial image that he likes and to omit an operation button for reporting the 'decision' of the facial image to a photographing device. SOLUTION: This device for photographing the moving image of the person 20 to be photographed and outputting face image information D1 is provided with a photographing means 11 for photographing the moving image including the face of the person 20 to be photographed, a controller 16 for sampling an optional frame image from the moving image by the photographing means 11 and outputting plural static images including the face image of the person 20 to be photographed, an operation means 18 operated so as to frame-feed the display of the static images by the controller 16 and a display means 14 for displaying the still images frame-fed by the operation means 18. The controller 16 performs control, so as to output the still image including the face image of the person 20 to be photographed displayed last as a facial image information D1 by the frame feed operation by the operation means 18.
