PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device capable of diluting a sample in a short time and improving the accuracy of a dilution magnification. SOLUTION: A dilution liquid moving means 20 moves a dilution liquid in a passage 10 in normal and reverse directions. A probe 14 is connected to the passage 10 through a T-shaped branch part 12 and sucks the sample. A sample syringe 30 is connected to the passage 10 through a T-shaped branch part 16. A control means 60 controls to drive the dilution liquid moving means 20 to move the dilution liquid in the passage 10, to drive the sample syringe to suck the sample into the passage by the probe 14, and to dilute the sucked sample with the moving dilution liquid. The control means 60 further controls to drive the sample syringe 30 to discharge a diluted sample liquid diluted with the dilution liquid, to a reaction container 44 from the probe 14. |
