PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unlock a plunger by disengaging a ratchet teeth cut in the plunger and a ratchet claw in a ratchet type tensioner. SOLUTION: An inclined surface 4D is provided on the wall surface of a pin member penetrating hole 4C of the ratchet claw member 4, and the tip of a pin member 9 inserted from a pin member insert hole 2C provided in a housing 2 of the tensioner is applied to the inclined surface 4D, thereby rotating the ratchet claw member 4, so that the ratchet claw 4B and the ratchet teeth 3B are disengaged to unlock the plunger 3 and the unlock state is kept. |
