PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made gear especially used in an electric power steering device, improved in radiating efficiency by joining the core metal and the resin with strong bonding force and reduced to compact size by minimizing the amount of used resin. SOLUTION: This resin gear is formed by joining a thin resin 3 to the whole of the outer peripheral surface of a tooth part of the gear-shaped core metal 2. In this joining, chemical bonding using adhesion compound technique in the metal mold or adhesion using an adhesive is used, and the core metal 2 is formed of aluminum alloy or copper alloy. |
