PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor and a light transmission medium capable of reducing the number of optical fibers for repeating each equipment and capable of preventing transmission light quantity from deteriorating. SOLUTION: A multi-function system 10 is structured such that a controller 12A and a scanner 12B are connected to an image forming device 11, which is constituted by including an optical scanner 12D, an optical distributor 16, etc. The optical distributor 16 is arranged at the end part of the housing of the image forming device 11 and provided with optical connectors 42, 43 for connecting the controller 12A and the scanner 12B, with the optical connectors exposed outside the housing. Consequently, the controller 12A and the scanner 12B can be directly connected to the optical distributor 16 through optical fibers 52, 53, therefore the number of repeating optical fibers inside the image forming device 11 can be reduced. |
