PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a raising fabric freed from any organic solvent remaining after the artificial suede cloth production process by simplifying the production process and by controlling environmental pollution. SOLUTION: Raising woven or knitted fabric of polyester fiber with a single yarn fineness of <=0.35 dtex is impregnated with a water-based polyurethane emulsion to give the objective woven or knitted fabric impregnated with polyurethane resin, in which no residual organic solvent is detected according to the GC-MS analysis.
