In the case where combustion does not occur, a starting injection amount at the time of non-combustion, i.e., a relative mush amount is injected (Step 6). The injection amount can be optimized by an existence of actual combustion and a starting time can be shortened. Then, a discharge of white smoke and black smoke at the time of starting caused by an excess amount of fuel can be prevented.
