PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab for a louver, capable of preventing the invasion by stormwater without damaging permeability even in the case of strong wind and rain. SOLUTION: The slab 1 for the louver has an upper flange part 6 in the upper part 4 of an inclined face 3 heightened from its outside toward its inside and a lower flange part 8 in the lower part 7 of the inclined face 3. The upper end of the flange part 6 is provided with an inclined part 5 inclined in the same direction as the inclined face 3 and extended inward. The slab 1 is constituted as follows: the inclined face 3 is formed in staircase-like two-stepped shapes 3A and 3B inward and outward in a cross section; outward protruding parts 11 and 12 are formed in the coupling part 10 of a staircase-like stepped part 9; the inclined face 3A is formed of two inclined faces 3A1 and 3A2 having different angles of inclination in the central part of thereof; the lower flange 8, whose lower end is formed as an outward protruding part 14, is formed in a tapered cross-section shape having a pitch face 13 outside; and the upper part of the back face of the inclined face 3A is formed with a protruding part 16 whose inner side face 15 is taken as a face approximately parallel to the upper flange 6.
