PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high-quality heat insulating box by solving, using a PET resin, the problem of a conventional heat insulating box such as that a crack or whitening occurs in an ABS resin or HIPS resin if a forming agent of heat insulating material high in chemical attacking property such as HCFC 141b or the like is used and that there is a fear of occurrence of a noxious substance incineration treatment. SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by using, as an inner box material, the recycled material of a PET bottle for drink, a variety of alcohol, and soy being the products designated in the second class by the recycle law.
