PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic polyurethane resin composition which does not bleed out an electric conductive substance, and has good volume resistivity and moldability. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (a) a thermoplastic polyurethane resin, (b) a compound represented by R(AO)nCOO-X-COO(AO)n-R (wherein X is a 1-9C linear or branched alkylene group, an aromatic divalent hydrocarbon group or an alicyclic divalent hydrocarbon group; each A is independently a 2-4C alkylene group; each R is independently a 1-9C linear or branched alkyl group; and each n is independently an integer of 1-7), and (c) a metal salt comprising an alkali or alkaline earth metal cation and an ion-dissociable anion.
