PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily set a placing floor panel to a concrete wall surface side by use of a floor support leg. SOLUTION: The floor support leg A having a support bolt 3 in an off-centered position on one side end 11 of a support base 1 is formed, the one side end 11 is fixed to the placing floor panel C protrusively to the concrete wall surface E side. The placing floor panel C is set so that its end surface equipped with an adhesive cushion material 5 abuts on the concrete wall surface E, and a clearance 6 formed thereby is used for the height adjusting operation of the support bolt 3 and the insulation of vibration from the placing floor panel C, so that the positioning of the placing floor panel C by butt set can be performed.
