PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can correct a hair shape such as the shape of disheveled hair to set the hair and can hold the hairstyle for a long time. SOLUTION: This cosmetic for hair, characterized by comprising 0.5 to 5 wt.% of a hair-fixing resin, 0.01 to 5 wt.% of a hair moisture-permeable substance and 50.0 to 99.0 wt.% of water. The resin for fixing the hair is one or more resins selected from vinylpyrrolidone-N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate copolymer salts, acrylic resin alkanolamines, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, vinylmethyl ether-maleic acid monoesters, and N-methacryloyloxyethyl N,N- dimethylammonium-α-N-methylcarboxybetaine-alkyl methacrylate copolymers. The hair moisture-permeable substance is one or more substances selected from dialkylsulfosuccinates, perfluoroalkylpolyoxyethyleneethanols, and polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers.
