PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product which does not need a tight packaging form such as vacuum packaging as required in long-term preservation over several months while refrigeratory preservation of a beef tongue over one or two weeks is possible. SOLUTION: Slices of the beef tongue 3 are mounted on a recess 201 of a plastic tray 2 formed in a shallow recess form, which is impermeable to a liquid, a plastic film 4 in tight contact along a surface shape of the tongue 3 and the tray is put over them, and the plastic film 4 is glued and fixed to an upper surface of a periphery of the tray recess so that the inside is airtightly sealed against the outside. |
