PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rechargeable electronic watch energy-saving by eliminating the wasteful consumption of electric power in such a way that the operation of a circuit system is changed according to a change in power generation. SOLUTION: The circuit system which is operated while a power-supply device composed of a power generation means 10 and a capacitor 14 charged with power generation energy from the means 10 is used as an energy source and which is operated by the power-supply device is provided. A power- generation sensing means 11 which senses a change in the power generation level of the means 10 is provided. When the means 11 senses the change in the power generation level, the circuit system is constituted so as to be operated differently. When it is sensed that the power generation level of the means 10 is changed to the state of a large power generation level from a small power generation level, the operation in at least a part of the circuit system is set to a stop state. When it is sensed that the power generation level is changed to the large power generation level from the small power generation level, the circuit system is constituted so as to start its operation. |
