<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification device for preventing environmental pollution by silencing and filtering the exhaust of an engine which uses diesel oil or gasoline as fuel oil. SOLUTION: The device includes at least one water tank and at least one air/ exhaust silencing and purifying cylinder. The interior of the cylinder is divided by spacers into a plurality of spaces such as an induction chamber, a silencing and purifying chamber, an exhaust chamber and the like, with an induction passage formed in the induction chamber by a plurality of tilted induction plates. The silencing and purifying chamber communicating with the induction chamber is formed with a plurality of induction pipes and filled with fiber threads, and a water conduit is drawn out of the bottom of the water tank and leads to the silencing and purifying chamber of the cylinder. A pipe is extended from the induction chamber and connects to a space at the top of the water tank and a water discharge pipe is drawn out of the silencing and purifying chamber. The device is washed at the same time that the exhaust of the engine is silenced and purified so as to keep the device dry and clean at all times to improve the performance of the device and elongate the service life of the device.</p> |
