PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device capable of ensuring the base isolation action by air springs by improving durability of a rolling seal member with a simple structure while expanding a gas sealing space of the air springs used as a long period realizing means. SOLUTION: The air springs 11 comprise an inside member 13, an outside member 14 for covering an upper end part of the inside member 13 at a proper interval and the rolling seal member 15 for sealing these inside member 13 and outside member 14 while allowing a relative movement of both. A cable 20 for receiving pressure in the gas sealing space 16 acting on a folding-back part 15c is arranged on an outside surface along the contour of the rolling seal member 15, and a net 30 for wholly covering the outside of the rolling seal member 15 is interposed between the cable 20 and the rolling seal member 15.
