PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device of chip-like electronic parts capable of exposing the whole face of a work composed of chip-like electronic article to the external during the conveying on a conveying passage. SOLUTION: In this conveying device for conveying the chip-like electronic parts while keeping the same in a predetermined posture, two rotary tables 1 and 2 having work adsorbing and holding ports 13 opened at specific pitches on their peripheral faces are rotated in a state that one of the rotary table 1 is rotated around a vertical axis, and the other rotary table 2 is rotated around a horizontal axis. Both rotary tables 1 and 2 are mounted in a state that both rotary shafts 11 and 23 are perpendicular to each other in a state of closely facing work adsorbing and holding ports to each other. The rotary tables 1 and 2 are intermittently operated in a state that one of them is stopped when the other is rotated.
