摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry a workpiece to a precise position. SOLUTION: A load applied on a motor 42A for a first lift part 40A radically increases at the time when a slide member 70 moves to the first lift part 40A (2) and a workpiece holding part 80 holds the workpiece W. Additionally, a load of a motor 42B for a second lift part 40B radically increases at the time when the slide member 70 moves to the second lift part 40B (4). The carrier part 70 is smoothly elevated by maintaining synchronism of the first and second motors by adding an acceleration control part to a position and speed control part against such radical load variation.
