PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a dead time, enhance the probability of detecting malfunction and easily expand a memory length. SOLUTION: A front end amplifier module 210 receives measured analog signals and amplifies them and a digitizer module 220 generates a binary data stream representing the samples of the analog signals. Processor modules 230, 240 receive the binary data stream and generate a plurality of trigger signals in accordance with different trigger criteria for different portions of the binary data steam. An uptake memory module 260 receives the binary data stream and the trigger signals and accumulates at least part of the binary data in response to the trigger signals.
