PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear arm structure of a motorcycle, capable of securing a banking angle to take a proper cornering position even if the braking device of a rear wheel is disposed between a rear arm and the rear wheel. SOLUTION: In this rear arm structure of a motorcycle, the rear wheel 10 is disposed in a body through the rear arm (left side divided part 110) so as to be rockable up and down, and a two-staged driving chain type secondary transmission device 109 to transmit the driving force of an engine fixed to the body side is integrated in the left side divided part 110. In this secondary transmission device 109, the front part side 109g of the two-staged driving chain is positioned further inside the rear part side 109h of the two-staged driving chain in the vehicle width direction.
