PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provided a vehicular electronic control unit capable of corresponding to plural types of vehicles, and preventing complication in managing and manufacturing and increasing of a cost caused by the complication. SOLUTION: This vehicular electronic control unit 10 is made to have control data of plural models of vehicles (a data storing means 22), and the control data corresponding to a vehicular model is selected from the plural models of the vehicles, on the basis of a vehicular model designating signal (a vehicular model designating signal outputting means 14) for designating an arbitrary vehicular model from the plural models of the vehicles (a control date selecting means).
