PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior trim structure of a scooter type vehicle capable of enhancing freedom in an appearance design. SOLUTION: This exterior trim structure has a footrest part 81a for a crew, and a boomerang cover 89 serving as an appearance component, which almost horizontally extends and is bent in an almost dog leg shape, is provided between a foot board 81 extended to the lower side position of a seat 2 and an under- seat side cover 95 disposed in the vicinity of the lower side of the seat 2.
