PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a specimen sampling in an acid-fast bacteria inspection. SOLUTION: This specimen sampling system is provided with a pre-centrifugal process of holding a plurality of specimen containers 10 which contain liquid specimen and a plurality of inspection containers 12 which separately dispenses a predetermined quantity of a specimen and mounting a transferring means to transfer both the containers to the specified position according to the step intermittently in order, dispensing separately alkali solution into the containers 10 and neutralizing the liquid specimen after mixing and sterilizing a bacterium, and a post-centrifugal process of disposing supernatant within the containers 10 which was set again after setting the containers 10 to a centrifugal separator, absorbing the predetermined quantity of the specimen into nozzle chips 15 placed at the tip of a dispersing nozzle 14 and dispersing intermittently from the containers 10 into the containers 12. An operation device to practice each process, and a control device to control according to the specified sequence are provided. |
