摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive-chargeable electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of uniformly transferring a toner image by a stable nip pressure, and also, provided with high resolution, also, with improved cleaning characteristics, electrostatic charging characteristics and optical sensitivity, and to provide a method for manufacturing the photoreceptor, and to provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: The positive-chargeable electrophotographic photoreceptor is constituted by successively and cylindrically laminating a conductive foam body layer whose volume resistivity is <=107Ω.cm and whose ASKER C hardness is 10 to 50 deg., a conductive surface layer constituted of conductive rubber whose volume resistivity is <=107Ω.cm and whose hardness by JISK6301A is 30 to 70 deg., a conductive undercoat layer whose volume resistivity is <=107Ω.cm and an organic photoreceptive layer on the rotary shaft, and the film thickness of the conductive foam body layer is controlled to be 3 to 15 mm, and the film thickness of the conductive surface layer is controlled to be 0.6 to 2 mm, and the ASKER C hardness from the conductive surface layer side of the conductive substrate constituted of the conductive foam body layer and the conductive surface layer is controlled to be 20 to 50 deg..
