PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rigidity planetary gear device of an automatic transmission by securing a carrier plate to a base plate. SOLUTION: The base plate and the carrier plate are connected to each other through a leg part of the carrier plate extended like a circular-arc. The leg part of the carrier plate and the base plate are bonded by utilizing the plastic flow of raw material.
