PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolated fire-resistive device, in which the damage of a fire-resistive covering member is prevented and design properties are improved, enhancing fire-resistive performance. SOLUTION: Split fire-resistive covering sections 31 covering the outer circumference of a seismically isolated bearing 1 interposed between a lower structure 3 and an upper structure 2 are installed. The split fire-resistive covering sections 31 are mounted on the structures rectilinearly movably in the outer circumferential direction through a rectilinear movement guide means 11. Each split fire- resistive covering section 31 can follow up without damaging to displacement in the case of an earthquake.
