PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connecting structure which enhances the workability of pipe connecting operation, and enables accurate pipe connection even if a joint member arranged at an edge of a pipe is rendered rough with respect to its dimensional accuracy. SOLUTION: The joint member 3 has a hook-shaped end 3c formed such that a base-side side face 3d is gradually inclined toward a base side as viewed in one direction. The joint member 3 has its base-side end 3a fixed to a connecting end of one 1 of the pipes, and has its hook-shaped end 3c inserted into the other pipe 2. Then, by fastening a screw 4 supported by the other pipe 2 on the base-side side face 3d, both connecting end faces of the pipes 1 and 2 are attracted together to make close contact with each other.
