PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device for restraining generation of a brake judder. SOLUTION: A thin film is interposed between a wheel installing flange 15 side brake rotor installing surface 15a and a brake rotor 40 side butting surface 40b for butting against this brake rotor installing surface 15a, and when installing a wheel by this thin film, a void being a deformation factor of a brake rotor 40 is filled up, and deformation of the brake rotor 40 is restrained, and the brake judder is easily and inexpensively prevented.
