PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thermal transfer label for a fiber product by an on-demand system without using a template. SOLUTION: A multicolor image layer reversely printed by a digital printing method using no template and a relatively thick adhesive layer having a planar shape substantially equal to that of the image layer and melted and softened at a transfer temperature are laminated on a base sheet having a release layer provided to the surface thereof. Both of the image layer and the adhesive layer have flexibility.
