PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calibrate and adjust a wind speed sensor in a low wind speed region with relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: A rotating drum 4 is rotatably held to a frame. A plurality of radial tares are formed at constant spaces at the outer peripheral part of the rotating drum 4. A measuring wind speed sensor 22 is fitted piercing a slit of the rotating drum 4 from the outside to project into the tare. When the rotating drum 4 is rotated in the fixed state of the measuring wind speed sensor 22, the tares 16 move at specified speed together with the rotating drum 4, so that wind speed can be calibrated from the speed of the center part.
