PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof packaging box which can be built up at the time of usage, and developed into a flat state after the usage. SOLUTION: For this packaging box, a corrugated fiberboard on the internal surface of which a polyethylene film 40 is bonded is used. Then, a corner plate 28 which is connected between a longer edge side side-plate 12 and a shorter edge side side-plate 14 is folded inward by a diagonal folding line 33, and the corner plate 28 is superposed on the inside of the shorter edge side side-plate 14. Then, a folding back plate 20 is folded back to the inside. At the same time, an engaging plate 22 is inserted in the inside of a protruding section 32 of the corner plate 28, and locked.
