PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dependence on toner characteristics and the increase of toner consumption, and also, to suppress toner reversal transfer developing at plural transfer processes, and to efficiently form a final image of improved color reproducibility. SOLUTION: As for the image forming device, image forming stations Pa to Pd with respective photoreceptors 1 as the center are arranged in a transfer paper P carrying direction, and respective color images developed by developing devices 4 in respective image forming stations Pa to Pd are successively overlaid on the transfer paper P so as to form one image, the developer stirring ability of the developing device 4 in the image forming station Pa arranged on the upstream side in the transfer paper P carrying direction is set higher than that of the developing devices 4 in the image forming stations Pb to Pd arranged on the downstream side. |
