PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-color recording medium, which is so constituted as to be able to guarantee the color development of a desired hue on at least one color. SOLUTION: The multi-color recording media (10; 40; 50) consist of supports (12; 42; 52) and pressure sensitive color developing layers (16; 46; 56). A large number of microcapsules (18; 48; 58) sealing a first color coloring material therein are uniformly distributed in the pressure sensitive heat sensitive color developing layers. Pressure and temperature characteristics, which are destructed under the predetermined pressure and a first temperature, are given to the microcapsule. Temperature color developing characteristics, which develop a second color under a second temperature higher than the first temperature, is given to the heat sensitive color developing layer. |
