PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet ink improved in adhesion properties and fastness. SOLUTION: The ink jet ink comprises (a) a carrier comprising (i) to (iv): (i) about 25 to about 90 wt.% of water; (ii) about 1 to about 50 wt.% of a co-solvent; (iii) about 0 to about 10 wt.% of a pH adjusting agent; and (iv) about 1 to about 30 wt.% of a binder (the binder having a weight-average mol.wt. of about 1,000 to about 20,000 and comprising an acrylic resin, a vinyl resin or a cellulosic resin), and (b) a colorant. |
