PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceptive sheet suitable for a dye thermal transfer printer and having an excellent light resistance of a recording image without blocking in a heat treatment of an acceptive layer of a manufacturing step. SOLUTION: The thermal transfer acceptive sheet comprises the acceptive layer containing a polyester resin generated by a polycondensation reaction of a dicarboxylic acid component including an alicyclic dicarboxylic acid compound of 40 mol% or more with a diol compound having a bisphenol A skeleton of 15 mol% or more as a dye acceptive resin and containing a hydrogenated xylylenediisocyanate modified compound as a crosslinker.
