PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical part in which a micro bend loss is restrained and the transmission characteristics are stable. SOLUTION: In the optical part P1, optical fiber coils 31 are housed within a doughnut shaped optical fiber housing casing 21. The optical fiber coils 31 are composed by winding optical fibers 11 around in a coil shape and are set in a coil bundle state that the winding distortion is substantially released. The optical fiber housing casing 21 is disposed within a housing casing 22. Cushioning packing materials 41 are filled in the optical fiber housing casing 21 so as to envelop the optical fibers 11 in the state of coming into direct contact with the outer peripheral surface of the optical fibers 11. Shield materials 51 are filled over the packing materials 41. The packing materials 41 are sealed within the optical fiber housing casing 21 by the shield materials 51, and the movement of the packing materials 41 are controlled.
