PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine subdivision packing machine wherein a medicine inlet path can be opened by a simple operation when cleaning deposits such as a powdered medicine for reliable cleaning. SOLUTION: The subdivision packing machine includes a powdered medicine dividing part comprising a dividing measure 3 of a powdered medicine and a hopper for sending the medicine divided by a powdered medicine divider 30 to a packaging part, and a tablet dividedly moving container comprising a required number of tablet dividedly storing chambers 4 placed on a lid 2 which can be opened/closed and having below it a tablet receiving part corresponding to a sequence of the chambers 4 to be capable of intermittently laterally advancing. Divided tablets are sent from the hopper 20 to the packaging part and the powdered medicine, and the tablets are enclosed in a bag by a required amount. The tablet dividedly moving container is structured to be detachable, and a guide plate 19 forming a traveling path A thereof and a receiving plate 18 for supporting an open/close plate of the tablet receiving part in a closed state are mounted at respective base ends so that they can be opened/closed in a vertical direction. In addition, a locking means which is locked unless the powder divider 30 is returned to a waiting position is provided at a base of a support 31 of the divider 30.
